Frito Corn Salad
 

2 cans whole kernel corn, well drained
1 c. purple onion, finely chopped
1 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 clove garlic
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) bag chili cheese Fritos, coarsely ground
 

Mix all of the above together, adding the Fritos just before serving.
