ready-to-serve bacon

2 (8 oz) cans
whole water chestnuts

Sauce:

3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
3/4 c. brown sugar (packed)

1/2 c. chili sauce

Drain and rinse water chestnuts.  Wrap each with strip of bacon.  Secure with toothpick.  Place in 12 x 8-inch dish.  Pour sauce over all.  Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bacon is brown.  Serve warm.
